About
Logan Lamb is a chiropractor with special interests in rehabilitation and chronic pain. Utilizing education & exercise, Logan delivers patient-centered care that is unique to everyone he works with, all under the umbrella of evidence-based practice. He prioritizes self-management & patient empowerment so that he can serve as a guide while patients work toward their goals. It is about working with you, not on you.
Logan became an advocate for evidence-based practice while completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Logan University. As a student, Logan began to develop the skill of interpreting research and integrating the literature into his clinical training and patient interactions.
“I am whoever the patient needs me to be, whenever they need me to be. For some it’s a voice of reassurance & reason. For others it’s a listening ear & an open mind. Sometimes it’s a coach, sometimes a teacher.
Whatever the case may be, we adapt to you.”

OUR APPROACH
Our primary method of care is rehab coaching, designed to take you from where you are to where you want to be. This journey begins with an in-depth initial consultation, where we learn as much about you as possible. Your unique experiences and needs shape our approach. We consider what triggers your symptoms, your concerns and apprehensions, your goals, the activities and exercises you value, your work, and much more.
By factoring in this wide array of personal elements, our approach becomes truly person-centered. We’re not just addressing a painful body part; we’re supporting a person navigating pain.
As symptoms and circumstances evolve during rehab, so does our approach. Every individual is different, and we understand that your response to our plan may vary. That’s why we maintain open communication and remain flexible, ready to adjust our strategy as needed.
We meet complex problems with straight-forward solutions. There are no gimmicks or cheap tricks in our approach. Often, the people we work with have already tried all the flashy treatments. They are ready for something real.
The principles around our approach are simple. We identify what it is about your current situation that you would like to be different. We map out all the stressors that contribute to your situation. We produce a plan that allows you to adapt to the stressors that we cannot change and modify the ones that we can. We put you in the driver’s seat while we guide by the side.
“We must accept that patients are not neat packages of mechanics or pathology, but suffering human beings. Health care demands that we treat human beings.”
— Prof. Gordon Waddell CBE, DSc, MD, FRCS
Why a light bulb?
I chose a light bulb to symbolize my rehabilitation practice because it encapsulates creativity, knowledge, transformation, and optimism. Your journey toward health and wellness is one of discovery, requiring tailored, innovative approaches to meet your unique needs. At Illuminate, education is a core principle—we strive to deepen our understanding of health concepts to better grasp your experiences. While behavior change can be challenging, uncovering strategies for transformation can create positive ripples throughout your life. Lastly, the light bulb represents optimism. It is about rediscovering your capabilities and embracing them with renewed confidence.
Understanding pain and injury requires shedding light on the entire experience, not just the symptoms. By focusing on the whole person—considering physical, emotional, and psychological aspects—we can gain deeper insight into the underlying causes and develop a more comprehensive, effective approach to healing and recovery. This holistic focus ensures that we're addressing the full spectrum of factors influencing well-being, leading to more meaningful and lasting improvements.
